what is your return policy? do you offer exchanges?

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:  During the holiday season we are extending our normal 15 day return policy so you can buy your gifts with confidence. Items purchased on or after Thursday, 11/15/18, are eligible for return until Tuesday, 1/15/19. The following still applies:

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise (original tags attached).
  • Swimwear, underwear, beauty, home and sale styles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gifted items are only eligible for store credit. (new with tags)

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you feel you have received a defective item, this will need to be reviewed by our internal operations team. For further assistance, please reach out to our customer support team here.

Splendid cannot accommodate any exchanges at this time. Please return the original item for a refund or store credit (according to our policy guidelines).

where do i ship my return?

Returns will only be accepted with a completed Return Form or a copy of an order confirmation. Returns must be mailed to the address on the Return Form.

how should i ship my return?

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase:

Step 1: Return Label

  • Use the return label provided.
  • Return label contains a bar code that helps us identify your items with your order so we can credit your account successfully.
  •  If a circumstance arises and you do not have the return label, please reach out our customer support team: splendid@dgpb.zendesk.com for further assistance.
  • RETURN LABELS are only offered for Contiguous U.S.A

Step 2: Shipping Box

  • If you don’t have the original box you can use any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
  • Remove any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials from the shipping box.
  • If the package is too large for your mail area you may drop it off at the closest FedEx location.
  • You can also send your merchandise back to us at the address below, using any other traceable method and at your own expense.

when will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

If using gift card along with a credit card; please note that if returning an item, the credit will first be applied to the credit card and the balance on the gift card.

The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

do you accept international returns?

International customers may return merchandise by any traceable method at their own expense. We recommend using Fed-Ex who will provide a tracking number to ensure your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

can I return a gift?

Gifted items are only eligible for store credit. (Required: new with tags, with a proof of purchase or gift receipt).
