We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. We want our customers to buy their gifts from Splendid with confidence so we will be extending our normal return policy for the holidays. Purchases made from November 18, 2016 through December 22, 2016 can be returned or exchanged until January 15, 2017. As with our normal 14-day return policy, merchandise must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.
Swimwear, underwear, and beauty cannot be returned or exchanged. Styles marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
